We are holding a 
non-statutory

consultation with consultees who, whilst not designatedin law, are likely to have an interest in a proposed development

‎‎‎ public consultation
between 22 April and 23 May 2025.

During this time, we will share the project proposals and ask for your feedback on them, as we continue these early design stages. We will host drop-in events to present the developing project plans. We will also host all of our consultation information on this website and provide you with ways to share your feedback online.

We plan to undertake another round of statutory consultation with local communities and key stakeholders in 2026.

After the consultation, we will carefully review your feedback and consider any changes that we could make to our plans. This consultation is a first step in sharing information with the public, and we will also engage with a wider range of stakeholders by other means. Comments received during the consultation will inform our proposals, as well as ongoing assessments. We will be consulting a wider range of stakeholders. We will report on how feedback has been considered.
